THE BLIND BRIDGES INFORMATIONAL EXCHANGE group
This site is primarily an informational exchange for blind persons, but we welcome everyone to make use of it.
My friend and I are, and have been totally blind since birth, so; we have a "working" knowledge of what it is to be both productive and blind. And, at the same time have fun in the "real world".
We will try to make this an informational source, but also, above all, make it fun.
I have found that many disabled people are so busy dealing with their disabilities and day to day lives that they forget how to play, and this to me, is very sad indeed.
Humor and play are just as important, if not more, than just "making it".
If you don’t want to play, and want to whine and cry about your "condition", stay away; otherwise, join us and have some fun.
Who knows! In the process we might all "learn something". All suggestions are welcome unless they are rated xxx.
Kim’s comments.
As this site grows, I hope to give you ladies who visit some where to post your comments and suggestions as well.
I have had a dream to counsel blind women who have been abused in every aspect; and will in the near future have a discussion list pertaining to that subject.
Until then, lets just have fun and play and laugh and get silly.
If anyone wants to get in touch with me, my e-mail address will be posted and I will have all of my contact information at the bottom of all of my
e-mails.
Now, sit back and enjoy the ride.
Let’s have fun!!!!!
